About me

An ambitious student, Nicole Pitiger studies both journalism and business at Indiana University. Next semester Nicole Pitiger will begin her senior year and start considering her career options. Nicole Pitiger has maintained a superior grade point average throughout her schooling and will undoubtedly garner the attention of top employers after earning her Bachelor’s degree. When she finds time away from her studies Nicole Pitiger gives back to the community through assorted volunteer work. Passionate about furthering medical research, Nicole Pitiger regularly supports organizations that raise money to fight Parkinson’s disease and breast cancer. In addition to donating to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research Nicole Pitiger participates in the Parkinson’s Unity Walk. This event takes place in New York, where Nicole Pitiger grew up. Nicole Pitiger also involves herself in GOPiNK and Tickled Pink, two highly successful breast cancer awareness campaigns. A talented athlete, Nicole Pitiger runs, swims, practices yoga, and plays a number of sports. Nicole Pitiger enjoys utilizing her enthusiasm for fitness to help good causes. Recently Nicole Pitiger ran in the Hudson Headwaters Health Network Care for Kids 5K Run & Fitness Walk, as well as the Habitat for Humanity 5K Walk/Run event. In her recreational time Nicole Pitiger visits her family and reads a diverse selection of books. An avid Nicholas Sparks fan, Nicole Pitiger includes The Notebook among her favorites. Nicole Pitiger also enjoys the works of Jodi Picoult, particularly The Pact: A Love Story.
